Daily Recovery

On any given day, at any given moment life can throw us an unexpected blow. a misunderstanding with a friend or family member, a negative doctor's report, a financial hit, a conflict at work, or a road-raged driver. These blows are designed to steal our peace and linger if we don't recover quickly. According to dictionary.com, to recover means to return to a normal state of health, mind, or strength; to find or regain possession of something stolen or lost.
